Dining Package:
$55, includes tax. Gratuity not included.

Our "Dining Package" is the same standard dining options that we have offered since we opened. We can accommodate most dietary needs (see note below package details).

Package includes:

• Admission to the show (a live theater event)
• Garden Salad, w/ House or Vinaigrette (both are on table to choose from)
• Chef's choice of soup
• Entree: A Chicken, Beef, or Vegetarian Selection (scroll down to see options)
  • Served with bread and butter
  • Fish available during Lent
• Chef's choice of dessert (this is usually some type of cake)
• Water, tea and coffee included.
  
• Other drinks available through the Sheraton cocktail service.

Entree Selections:

• Beef - (until June 1) Steak Diane: Steak medallions served with Diane Sauce (mustard cream, cognac and sauteed mushrooms)
  Sides - Garlic roasted potatoes & ratatouille (stewed and sauteed vegetable mix)
• Chicken - (until June 1) Chicken Saltimbocca: Chicken breast rolls filled with sauteed spinach, thin slices of prosciutto (ham/pork) and Parmesan cheese. Served with chicken au jus.
  Sides - Garlic roasted potatoes & ratatouille (stewed and sauteed vegetable mix)
• Vegetarian - (until June 1) Linguini Carbonara (vegetarian style): Linguini pasta served with shallot, garlic, white wine sauce, sauteed portabella mushrooms, and sweet peas. Garnished with Parmesan crostini.
  Side - Ratatouille (stewed and sauteed vegetable mix)

• Beef - Red Chile braised beef short rib
  Sides - Au Gratin potatoes and summer vegetables
  
• Chicken - Stuffed boneless half chicken, with green chile and jack cheese.
  Sides - Au Gratin potatoes and summer vegetables.
• Vegetarian - Roasted butternut squash lasagna
  Side - Summer vegetables
  
• Fish - Only available during Lent, selections will be posted during that time frame.
  (Fish will return March 7, 2014 through April 19th, 2014)

* = Prices set by the Sheraton Cocktail service, include tax and cocktail service gratuity (separate from actors gratuity). Drink tickets are good for night of attendance only. Limit 2 "drink tickets" per person in party. "Soda" tickets may be purchased without limit.
** = The bottle of Wine serves about 4 glasses of wine and is recommended for 2+ people.

All merchandise is available at our check in desk. When making a reservation you may request items to be held for you and paid for at check-in. Pre-purchased items may also be picked up at check-in.

• Soda and Alcohol are are not included in the Dining Package, but are available through the Sheraton's bar service. Each show will have either:
  
  • a Cocktail Server to take your order during the meal in room
    
  • OR have a Cash Bar outside the doors available for service
    
• Drink tickets are redeemable through the cocktail service, Cash Bar, or the Lobby Bar.
  
• Inquiries that are not answered here may take FPC a couple of days to get an answer for you as we must forward them to the Sheraton catering service.
  

 What can I order with the Basic Drink Ticket?:
Includes Domestic and Imported Beers, House Wines, and Well Drinks (Familiar Brands)
Familiar Brands include: Jim Beam, Johnnie Walker Red, Beefeater, Seagrams VO, Sauza Gold, and Bacardi.

 What can I order with the Premium Drink Ticket?:
Includes Domestic and Imported Beers, House Wines, and Premium Drinks (Favorite Brands)
Favorite Brands include: Jack Daniels, Dewars, Absolut, Tanqueray, Southern Comfort, 1800 Reposado, Bacardi Silver.

 What can I order with the Soda Ticket?
You can either get a coca cola beverage, or a non-alcoholic Shirley Temple or Roy Rogers.

 What bottles of house wine are available?
Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, & St. Michele Sparkling Wine.
